child care services in Monmouth County,
Child Care Resources is a not-for-profit organization
committed to making child care work. High
quality child care is a community resource
that supports families, contributes to economic
productivity, and nurtures childrens
growth.

Child
Care Subsidy Programs
Through a grant from the New Jersey Department
of Human Services, Division of Family Development,
Child Care Resources administers:

care subsidy programs for eligible working
families in Monmouth County |

Child
care subsidies for families participating
in the Work First New Jersey welfare reform
program |
| 3. |
Other
subsidies provide nutrition in child care
settings and child care in special circumstances |
Family
Child Care Registration
Family Child Care is the choice for over 70%
of working parents with children under the age
of 5. To help promote safe, reliable, quality
family child care, Child Care Resources administers
the states voluntary Family Child Care Registration
program to:

the supply of child care in the community
by recruiting, training, and supporting individuals
to become registered family child care. |

Inspect
and monitor Family Child Care homes for appropriate
care, safety, and supervision of children |
| 3. |
Provide
training and technical assistance with child
care and child development issues |

Governance
Child
Care Resources is governed by a volunteer Board
of Trustees with representation from local professionals
and community members.
Support
Our agencys budget is publicly funded through
government grants. Any individual or organization
may work with us, either through direct collaboration
or through financial support. Donations to the
Jo-Anne Rothstein Memorial Fund are much appreciated.
